March to May

You may be able to still catch some good waves

The rest of the year

Not good for surfing.  Sometimes you may get some waves if there is a storm from the North (US)

Best Surfing Spots

Apple Bay Average surf 2' to 4', when it's more than 5' be careful it can be tricky.  Beware of reef
Cane Garden Bay Some of the best breaks (rare) on the island.  You can pick a 5' wave far out and ride it for about 150 yards.  Beware of Coral
Josiah's Bay When it's big there is a dangerous trip tide. Best to surf when the waves are 2' to 4'
